“ I've been going to this dealership for several years to service my NX and I think its truly the best in the Chicago area. During my latest visit earlier this month, Patrick, who took photos of my car and checked me in really showed me why I keep coming back. I had some sort of stain on the front bumper that had been there for several years, my license plate was bent, and there were some white scuffs on the rear of my car. He asked me if it would be ok if he took care of these for me. I was astounded. I'm used to being nickel and dimed at Lexus dealerships, so I never expected something like this free of charge. He was so kind and genuine - it felt like he was trying to help a family member and that made my day. Thank you Patrick! My key battery was low and wasn't changed during my service, so I walked up to the parts window and Jonathan changed it for me quickly and with a smile. During a prior visit, I asked Dino to give me an estimate of how much it would cost to remove a pen stain on the upholstery and he removed it without charging me. These type of kind gestures are what will keep me coming back. While the pricing here for many of the services is high, I do trust that they will be honest with me and do a full inspection of my car whether I come in for just an oil change or a full service. The one time I did have a problem with my hood latch after a routine service was performed, the service manager worked with me to take care of the issue. The service staff here treats you like family, so I won't hesitate to come back. ”

“ DEFINITELY the place to go if you want preowned. But for buyers looking to buy new, the experience felt so cheap and left me confused. Pro: they left you test drive alone Cons: reads you the LONG list of features for the cars you wana test drive before you drive it? Wtf, I feel like they are trying to get me to buy because of the features for a new car? I think this should be left for the preowned ! What cheapened the experience was when we said we won’t be buying today, but to try to get us to buy she started showing us preowned?! What is this? Told us how good preowned is, but when I told her I was looking for 2022 v6 which they don’t have, she counters that it’s an old car. Go to Chicago’s dealership instead. ”
